VII the installation method
This unit must be installed by a professional installer
1, preparation for installation
(1) Professional installation personnel are equipped with installation tools and necessary qualified inspection instruments.
(2) Check if the electric water heater is in good condition and whether the random documents and accessories are complete.
(3) Read this “Instruction Manual” carefully to understand the functions, usage methods, installation requirements and installation methods of the electric water heater to be installed.
(4) Check the user's power supply, you must use 220V--50HZ power supply, the electrical connection of the electric water heater generally uses a dedicated branch circuit, its capacity should be more than 1.5 times the maximum current value of the electric water heater; the position of the socket should be placed A safe place to avoid a risk of electric shock. Check the separate fixed sockets used by the electric water heater by visual inspection and use a special measuring device (phase meter, test pencil, grounding resistance meter, etc.) to ensure correct installation of the live and neutral wires and reliable grounding; check the electric energy meter, wires and separate fixing in detail. Whether the socket capacity meets the requirements of the electric water heater; if the tap water pressure is more than 0.8MPA, the user must install a pressure reducing valve on the water inlet pipe.
(5) Assist the user to select the installation location of the electric water heater; avoid the place where the flammable gas leaks or the environment with strong corrosive gas; avoid the place where the strong electricity and strong magnetic field directly act; avoid direct sunlight, rain, wind Blowing places; try to avoid vibrations; try to shorten the distance between the electric water heater and the water intake point, and reduce the heat loss of the pipeline; there must be sufficient floor drain near the installation to avoid drainage; for future maintenance, and removal Machine, etc., the installation position of the electric water heater must reserve a certain space; the carrying capacity of the mounting surface should not be less than 4 times the total mass of the electric water heater after filling the water, otherwise the user needs to install the bracket below the electric water heater. (6) For those who do not meet the installation requirements of the electric water heater, the professional installation personnel should clearly inform the user and recommend rectification. If the rectification cannot be rectified, the installation should be refused.
